Basic Life Support (BLS) Course
This one-day, American Heart Association (AHA)-accredited Basic Life Support course teaches participants how to respond to life-threatening emergencies. Through instructor-led lessons and hands-on practice, learners develop skills in high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants; use of an automated external defibrillator (AED); relief of choking; and effective team response. The course is designed for healthcare professionals and others who need BLS training for work or professional development. Participants must demonstrate required skills and complete the course assessment to earn an AHA BLS Provider eCard, subject to meeting current AHA requirements.
